Making a will
We should all have a will, but it is something we put off. Even if you have a will, if it has not being checked in the last five years, it is advisable to review it.
In a properly drafted will you can:
- Choose executors to administer the estate
- Identify trustees or guardians to look after children
- Express your wishes as to cremation or burial
- Give unambiguous instructions for disposal of assets
- Comply with legislation
- Deal with inheritance tax issues.
These are just a few examples. If you would like to make a will or update your existing one, contact Janet Harvey , Helen Whiteley , Angela Smith or Gillian Tear or Jenny Heffer .
